Our client in The Multinational Life Insurance is looking for an Assistant Compensation and Benefits Manager directly to the Head of HRBP with the requirements below:
Responsibilities
- Design and recommend salary structures and benefit programs that align with similar industry benchmarks.
- Conduct market surveys and salary analyses to ensure competitive remuneration practices
- Participate in annual budgeting and communicate regularly with external C&B consultant
- Communicate regularly with regional C&B. Customize regional C&B policies into local policies
- Review and manage bonus, incentive, and benefits schemes periodically.
- Develop and update C&B policies in compliance with labor regulations (e.g., Indonesian Labor Law, BPJS, Income Tax Article 21).
- Administer employee benefits including health insurance, religious holiday allowances, and other welfare programs.
- Ensure all C&B and payroll processes comply with internal policies and government regulations.
- manage payroll operations (currently, approximately 380 headcounts in the payroll)
- process (not calculate) overtime and sales bonus, if any. numbers are given by the hiring manager or sales managers
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years experience working in C&B and payroll area
- Having experience working in multinational companies and in working closely with regional C&B
- Financial institution's working experience is advantageous but not mandatory or, having worked as an external C&B consultant with major clients in the financial industry
